Unlock the potential of precise concrete scanning with the GSSI StructureScan Mini XT. Designed to cater to the rigorous demands of professional environments, this advanced tool offers unmatched capabilities for detailed concrete inspections.
The Mini XT’s integrated display simplifies data collection and interpretation, making it indispensable for efficient site evaluations. Ideal for new users and seasoned professionals, the Mini XT stands out as a robust solution in structural assessment and utility detection.
The GSSI StructureScan Mini XT is engineered to boost efficiency across various surveying tasks. With features like its extension pole and harness system, the Mini XT not only improves ergonomic comfort during extended use but also ensures safe operation by allowing one-handed operation while maintaining three points of contact, in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
This blend of mobility and usability makes it an indispensable tool for large-area surveys, where time and operator fatigue might otherwise limit productivity.
The StructureScan Mini XT concrete scanner enhances scanning visibility and detail through its advanced target visualization features. This is crucial for accurately identifying and assessing sub-surface objects and structures. It offers three specialized modes to adapt to various inspection needs:
The StructureScan Mini XT features a high-frequency 2.7 GHz antenna that enhances near-surface resolution while still capable of identifying deeper targets. This advanced antenna technology ensures that you capture every detail during concrete scanning and inspections, from pinpointing rebar layout to detecting voids and conduits.
3D dataset, collected using the Mini XT and Palm XT antenna, displays the structural supports within a wall of a parking garage. This information is accessible on the Mini XT’s screen following the compilation of the 3D grid. Users can select the size of the borehole feature once the grid assembly is complete.
Data obtained with the Mini XT on a large concrete wall of a flood control system displays multiple rebar layers. The long, flat reflector, shown as a green line, results from the system operating over longitudinal rebar. The blue box highlights the back side of the wall.
Data captured using the Mini XT and Palm XT antenna reveals multiple layers of structural steel. The Focus mode feature enables users to view both raw and focused data simultaneously by adjusting the slider bar.
Data was gathered using the Mini XT equipped with the Palm XT antenna, displaying wire mesh (indicated by red dots) with 15 cm (6 in) spacing over pan decking (represented by a blue line).
