MFE Inspection Solutions offer a variety of remote visual inspection scope repair services for equipment such as borescopes, videoscopes, fiberscopes and push camera systems.

Borescope Services

MFE Inspection Solutions wants to give every customer an additional option to repair their borescope equipment. We return equipment to original manufacturer standards by using only high-quality replacement components. We are a one-stop shop for videoscopes, fiberscopes, rigid borescopes, along with specific crawlers and push cameras. Our technicians have worked on several makes and models of videoscopes including GE, Everest VIT, Olympus, Machida, Hawkeye Gradient Lens, Storz and many others.

Tier 1

The usual lead-time after the approved repair-estimate is approximately 10-14 business days

Adjust articulation cables
Replace tip covers including braiding and rubbers (vacuum sealed)
Clean distal tip & tip adapters
Polish light guide

Tier 2

The usual lead-time after the approved repair estimate is approximately 15-20 business days

Repair/ replace bending sections (vertebrae)
Replace articulation cables
Replace cable guides
Replace insertion tube covers
Repair / replace lighting components such as LEDs, lamps ballasts, etc.

Tier 3

The usual lead-time after the approved repair estimate is approximately 10-14 business days. Tier 1 & Tier 2 Including:

Replace Tungsten and Stainless Steel insertion tubes (on most makes and models)
Replace Electronics main control boards and repair (i.e. capacitors, transistors, power supplies, LCD, etc.)

Fiberscope Services

We specialize in articulating small diameter fiberscopes 2mm and up. Some repairs deemed complete rebuilds by manufacturers may be classified as minor to intermediate repairs.

We can rebuild all Olympus, GE, Hawkeye, Storz, and other brands of fiberscopes. Our repairs are guaranteed to meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer specifications. The typical lead time for evaluation is 3-5 business days after receipt.
