The Waygate Ca-Zoom HD10 Camera System brings advanced inspection capabilities to environments where space is limited and safety is critical. Designed with a compact form factor and full HD imaging, it enables inspectors to confidently assess the condition of smaller vessels, tanks, and confined assets without the need for direct entry. Portable, durable, and easy to operate, the HD10 streamlines inspections while delivering the clarity and control needed for reliable decision-making in the field.
The Waygate Ca-Zoom HD10 is built for inspections where space is limited but detail cannot be compromised. With a slim 60mm diameter, the camera head is small enough to slip into tight vessels and tanks that would otherwise be inaccessible.
Think of it as a precision instrument designed to fit where a full-sized tool cannot. Despite its size, the HD10 delivers full HD resolution with a 10x optical zoom, giving operators both a wide view of the inspection area and the ability to zoom in on fine details, much like switching from a wide-angle lens to a magnifying glass at the push of a button.
The HD10 camera head is designed to move fluidly within confined spaces, offering continuous 360° pan and 314° tilt to give inspectors a complete view without repositioning equipment.
To support this range of motion, the system includes 10 built-in LEDs that deliver 1400 lumens of brightness, lighting up even the darkest corners of tanks and vessels.
Much like turning on high-beam headlights in a tunnel, the adjustable lighting ensures hidden details come into focus, while fine-tuned controls reduce glare and reflections for a clear, accurate inspection.
Built from anodized aluminum and stainless steel, the HD10 is tough enough for industrial use while maintaining the precision required for critical inspections. It carries an IP68 rating, making it waterproof up to 50 meters when pressurized, and is designed to withstand both high-radiation and demanding field conditions.
Despite this rugged build, the HD10 integrates effortlessly into the Waygate Ca-Zoom HD system, using the same cables, software, and control pendant as the HD30 camera head. This means operators can switch between camera heads as easily as swapping out a lens, giving them the flexibility to adapt to different inspection challenges without extra setup.
