The Tinker & Rasor HD-AC is an AC-powered high-voltage holiday detector designed for inspecting protective coatings in manufacturing facilities, coating shops, fabrication environments, and other fixed inspection locations.
Powered by either 110V or 220V AC, the system eliminates the need for rechargeable batteries and provides a practical solution for coating inspection programs that perform routine testing throughout the workday.
The HD-AC features adjustable high-voltage output, a digital voltage display, audible holiday indication, and high/low voltage selection. Inspectors can adjust output voltage to match coating thickness requirements while performing coating quality assurance inspections on conductive substrates.
