Open a UAS support ticket
Elios troubleshooting, repairs, and service requests all start with a UAS support ticket. It goes straight to our drone support team.
1. Open a ticket
Describe the issue and upload photos, logs, and flight video (up to 5 GB each).
2. Get your ticket number
Your confirmation email arrives right away, with a case link to follow along.
3. Work with a technician
A drone technician picks it up and contacts you by your preferred method.
