Every image is fully radiometric, meaning temperature data is stored in every pixel. This allows you to measure specific points and areas after the inspection, supporting thorough documentation and confident decision-making.

With thermal sensitivity below 30 mK, the camera can detect subtle temperature differences that may indicate early-stage faults, moisture intrusion, or developing component wear.

Designed for Comfortable, Efficient Inspections

The T640’s rotating optical block allows the lens to tilt independently of the display, making it easier to inspect ceilings, floors, and tight spaces without awkward positioning. This ergonomic design reduces strain during long inspection routines.

A large 4.3” touchscreen provides intuitive control of settings and enables on-screen annotations, including text, sketches, and voice comments, helping you document findings clearly while still in the field.

Advanced Measurement and On-Screen Analysis

Equipped with multiple measurement tools, including up to 10 spot meters, 5 box areas, and Delta-T calculations, the T640 allows users to perform detailed analysis directly on the camera. This enables fast evaluation of temperature differences without needing to return to the office.

Its wide temperature range from -40°C to +2000°C (-40°F to +3632°F) supports a broad range of applications, from building diagnostics to high-temperature industrial processes.

Connectivity That Streamlines Reporting

Built-in Wi-Fi allows the FLIR T640 to transfer images wirelessly to mobile devices or computers for quick sharing and reporting. 

Bluetooth METERLiNK connectivity enables compatible moisture meters and clamp meters to embed measurement data directly into thermal images, reducing manual note-taking and minimizing reporting errors.

Radiometric video streaming via USB or Wi-Fi also allows for detailed frame-by-frame analysis when connected to a PC.
