Proven Offshore Leadership Behind Every Deployment

MFE Offshore is led by Wendy Post, General Manager, who brings more than 25 years of offshore and subsea inspection experience and a long-standing record of industry leadership. She helped establish the Southeast chapter of the Hydrographic Society of America and has served in regional and national leadership roles within the hydrographic and marine technology community for more than a decade.

Technical Offshore Experience Supporting Real-World Operations

MFE Offshore is supported by Rick Cisneros, Business Development Manager, who brings more than 25 years of offshore oil and gas industry experience spanning subsea technologies, offshore operations, and technical business development. Throughout his career, Rick has worked closely with leading subsea survey and ROV organizations and major operators including Shell, Chevron, and FMC Technologies to help deploy advanced offshore and subsea technologies for deepwater operations.
